We do not usually take bookings or queries over the phone but if you are having trouble booking please email us in the box below and we will contact you directly. We are always available if you need us at the field in an emergency situation, please call the numbers on the gate.
The gate code is in your confirmation email.
Want to change a booking?
You can change a booking up to 6 hours
before your appointment time. Click 'sign in'
on the menu bar and sign in to your account. Click 'my bookings'. There you can change the date and time of your booking. All changes of bookings must take place through this process and we are not able to change bookings via email or facebook messages.
Please do not ask us to change your
booking without 6 hours notice
as we are unable to do this.

Do not use the postcode alone to find us as it takes you to the wrong address, please use the directions or the google maps link below.
Field A
If you're coming from the Yeovil or Wincanton direction, take the A37 towards Shepton Mallet at the Podimore roundabout. On the A37 take the second turning on the right (it is marked with 2 white bollards and approximately 2.3 miles from the roundabout). The first turning is marked Cary Fitzpaine, go past this one, it is the next turning on the right. If you go past a big lay-by on your right you have gone too far and missed the turning. As you go down that lane the field is on the right. Please park in the lane opposite whilst you are unlocking and locking the gate.

If you are coming from Shepton Mallet go through the traffic lights at Lydford-on-fosse staying on the A37 and take the second turning on the left. It is approximately 2 miles from the traffic lights and just after a big lay-by on your left. Go down that lane and the field is on your right. Please park in the lane opposite whilst you are unlocking and locking the gate. Please do not arrive early or wait outside the field gate for your appointment, please wait elsewhere. Field B
Drive past Eva's Green on your right and carry on along the road and around the bend, and Field B is the first field entrance on your left. It has hard standing in the gateway. It is fenced with 6ft deer fence and gate and has a double gated entrance. Please do not arrive early or wait outside the field gate for your appointment, please wait elsewhere.
